肺癌合并糖尿病发生急性呼吸衰竭的急救护理

摘要
目的 本研究旨在观察针对性护理在肺癌合并糖尿病并发急性呼吸衰竭患者急救中的应用效果,以期为临床实践提供科学依据.方法 选取2023年1月至2023年12月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的100例肺癌伴糖尿病并发急性呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50).对照组实施常规急救护理,而观察组则在常规急救护理的基础上实施针对性护理.比较两组护理效果.结果 护理前,两组患者动脉血氧分压(Pa02)和动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)无显著差异.护理后,观察组动脉血氧分压(PaO2)明显升高,动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)明显降低,均优于对照组(P＜0.05).同时,血糖指标空腹血糖和餐后2小时血糖在护理后也明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 针对性护理在肺癌合并糖尿病并发急性呼吸衰竭患者的急救中显示出明显效果.它不仅能有效改善患者的血气分析指标,还能稳定机体的血糖水平.因此,针对性护理值得在肺癌合并糖尿病并发急性呼吸衰竭患者的急救中推广应用.
Abstract
Objective The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of targeted nursing in emergency treatment of patients with lung cancer complicated with diabetes complicated with acute respiratory failure,in order to provide scientific basis for clinical practice.Methods A total of 100 patients with lung cancer and diabetes complicated with acute respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into the observation group(n=50)and the control group(n=50).The control group received routine emergency care,while the observation group received targeted care on the basis of routine emergency care.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in Pa02 and PaCO2 between the two groups.After nursing,PaO2 was significantly increased and PaCO2 was significantly decreased in the observation group,both of which were better than the control group(P＜0.05).At the same time,the blood glucose indexes(FBG and 2hPG)were significantly lower than those of control group after nursing(P＜0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing is effective in the first aid of patients with lung cancer complicated with diabetes and acute respiratory failure.It can not only effectively improve the blood gas analysis index of patients,but also stabilize the blood sugar level of the body.Therefore,targeted nursing is worth popularizing and applying in the first aid of patients with lung cancer complicated with diabetes complicated with acute respiratory failure.
