摘要
目的 比较强化疼痛护理对急诊创伤骨科患者疼痛程度和满意度的影响.方法 纳入的60例急诊创伤患者来源于2022年10月至2023年10月厦门市第五医院骨科就诊的患者,所有急诊创伤患者均行强化疼痛护理,根据不同护理方式分为研究组(强化疼痛护理)与对照组(常规护理),每组各30例,比较两组满意度水平,随访急诊创伤患者疼痛程度、并发症发生率.结果 研究组护理后非常满意率(50.00％)、护理总满意率(96.67％)均明显高于对照组(20.00％,73.33％),统计结果具有显著性差异(P＜0.05);两组护理前无差异(P＞0.05),护理后研究组疼痛程度改善且评分低于对照组,统计结果具有显著性差异(P＜0.05);研究组并发症总发生率1例(3.33％)低于对照组10例(33.33％),统计结果具有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 对急诊创伤骨科患者行强化疼痛护理,有利于提升满意度控制效果,改善疼痛程度,降低并发症的发生率,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To compare the impact of intensified pain care on the degree of pain and satisfaction of emergency orthopedic trauma patients.Methods The 60 emergency trauma patients included were from the orthopedics department of our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023.All emergency trauma patients received intensified pain care and were divided into the study group(intensified pain care)and the control group(routine care)based on different nursing methods,with 30 patients in each group.The satisfaction levels of the two groups were compared,and the pain level and incidence of complications in emergency trauma patients were followed up.Results The very satisfaction rate(50.00％)and total satisfaction rate(96.67％)of the study group after nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group(20.00％,73.33％),and the statistical results showed significant differences(P＜0.05);There was no difference between the two groups before nursing(P＞0.05),but after nursing,the pain level in the study group improved and the score was lower than that in the control group.The statistical results showed a significant difference(P＜0.05);The total incidence of complications in the study group(1 case,3.33％)was lower than that in the control group of(10 cases,33.33％),and the statistical results showed significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion Strengthening pain care for emergency orthopedic trauma patients is beneficial for improving satisfaction control,improving pain severity,and reducing the incidence of complications.It is worth promoting.
