摘要
严重创伤是指对生命健康造成威胁的损伤,往往伴随大量失血.快速有效的止血和输血是挽救患者生命的关键.院前输血是指在患者到达医院之前,在现场或在运送途中进行输血,这是一种紧急情况下的快速输血措施,可以在受伤现场,或者救护车或直升机等后送平台上实施.对于严重创伤患者来说,尽早输血可提供及时的血液支持,从而提高存活率.本文综述严重创伤院前输血的进展,包括其概念、适应证、技术要点和对患者预后的影响.
Abstract
Severe trauma is a life-threatening injury,often accompanied by significant blood loss.Rapid and effective hemostasis and transfusion are the key to saving patients'lives.Prehospital transfusion refers to blood transfusion on the spot or in transit before patients arrive at the hospital.It is a rapid blood transfusion measure in emergency situations,which can be performed at the scene of the injury or on an evacuation platform such as an ambulance or helicopter.For patients with severe trauma,early transfusion can provide timely blood support,thereby improving survival rates.This article reviews the progress of prehospital transfusion for severe trauma,including its concept,indications,key technical points and influence on patient prognosis.
