摘要
急性肾衰竭病情发展迅速,需要及时的急救护理措施以稳定病情,为后续治疗创造条件.急救护理水平的高低直接关系到患者的救治成功率,因此提高急性肾衰竭急救护理水平具有重要意义.根据患者的具体情况,制定个体化的护理计划.重点包括水、电解质平衡的维持,感染的预防和控制,以及血压和血糖的稳定等.通过科学、合理的护理措施,可以降低患者的并发症发生率和死亡率.本文主要就急性肾衰竭的急救护理策略进展进行综述.
Abstract
The rapid development of acute renal failure requires timely emergency nursing measures to stabilize the condition and create conditions for subsequent treatment.The level of emergency nursing is directly related to the success rate of patient treatment,so improving the level of emergency nursing for acute kidney failure is of great significance.The focus of developing personalized nursing plans based on the specific situation of the patient includes maintaining water and electrolyte balance,preventing and controlling infections,as well as stabilizing blood pressure and blood sugar.Through scientific and reasonable nursing measures,the incidence and mortality of complications in patients can be reduced.This article mainly reviews the progress of emergency nursing strategies for acute renal failure.
