摘要
眼睛作为心灵的窗户,也是五官中的重要器官.在眼科中,影响治疗效果的因素之一是护理质量.传统的眼科护理模式以内部机械化服务为中心,容易引发医疗纠纷.随着现代医疗事业的发展,"以患者为中心"的理念开始深入贯彻在医院的护理工作中.护理安全关系到患者的生命安全,是医院发展的基础.本文主要研究了眼科护理管理工作中关于护理安全的相关研究.
Abstract
As the window of people's psychology,eyes are important organs in the five features.In ophthalmology,one of the factors that affects the outcome of treatment is the quality of care.The traditional mode of eye care is centered on internal mechanized service,which is prone to medical disputes.With the development of modern medical career,the concept of"patient-centered"has been deeply implemented in the nursing work of hospitals.Nursing safety is related to the life safety of patients and is the basis of hospital development.This paper mainly studies the application of nursing safety in eye care management.
