中西医结合治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效分析

摘要
目的 分析急性脑梗死疾病治疗中,中西医结合方法的疗效.方法 选取2022年1月至2024年1月就诊于福建省永泰县中医院的106位急性脑梗死患者,对照组(53例)患者应用常规西药开展治疗;观察组(53例)患者在对照组常规治疗的基础上增加中医治疗举措,如应用柴陈泽泻汤加味,配合针灸、艾灸、推拿等方法提高中药治疗效果.两组患者均用药治疗7～14d,平均治疗10d.结果 观察组治疗有效率(94.34％)高于对照组(84.91％),P＜0.05;观察组患者治疗后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIH Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分为(6.29±2.93)分,对照组患者治疗后NIHSS评分为(9.10±3.15)分,观察组患者神经受损预后水平优于对照组,P＞0.05;对照组患者不良反应发生率(16.98％)高于观察组(7.55％),P＞0.05.结论 中西医结合治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效显著,治疗手段安全性高,可靠性强,治疗方法有临床推广价值.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 106 patients with acute cerebral infarction from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected.The control group(53 cases)was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the patients in the observation group(53 cases)was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine treatment measures on the basis of the treatment of the control group,including the use of modified Chaichen Zexie Decoction,and acupuncture,moxibustion,moxibustion,massage and other methods are used to improve the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine.The two groups of patients were treated with medication for 7～14 days(average of 10 days).Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(94.34％)was higher than that in the control group(84.91％),P＞0.05;The NIHSS score of the observation group patients after treatment was(6.29±2.93)points,while the NIHSS score of the control group patients after treatment was(9.10±3.15)points.The prognosis of nerve damage in the observation group patients was better than that in the control group,P＞0.05;The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group(16.98％)was higher than that in the observation group(7.55％),P＞0.05.Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,with high safety and reliability of treatment methods.The treatment methods have clinical promotion value.
