摘要
目的 探讨对下肢骨折患者实施多学科协作护理的效果,分析协作护理效果对术后骨折愈合时间及并发症的影响.方法 遴选中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九○七医院骨科在2020年11月至2022年11月期间收治的60例下肢骨折患者为研究对象,通过奇偶法分成对照组与研究组,各30例.对照组开展常规护理,研究组开展多学科协作护理,统计两组术后康复情况、关节活动情况、情绪状态及并发症情况.结果 研究组术后下床活动时间、骨折愈合时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异明显(P＜0.05);研究组膝关节功能评价量表(Lysholm)、膝关节活动度评分均高于对照组,差异明显(P＜0.05);研究组心理状态评估量表(MSSNS)评分低于对照组,差异明显(P＜0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异明显(P＜0.05).结论 针对下肢骨折患者开展多学科协作护理的效果显著,能够减轻患者心理压力,降低术后并发症风险,对关节功能康复及骨折愈合具有促进效果,是一种高质量的护理措施.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing for patients with lower limb fractures,and to analyze the impact on postoperative fracture healing time and complications.Methods Sixty patients with lower limb fractures admitted to the orthopedics department of our hospital from November 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the study group(30 cases)using the odd even method.The control group received routine nursing care,while the research group received multidisciplinary collaborative nursing care.The postoperative recovery,joint activity,emotional state,and complications of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results(1)The time for postoperative mobilization and fracture healing in the study group was earlier than that in the control group,and the length of hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant differences(P＜0.05);(2)The Lysholm and knee joint range of motion scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05);(3)The MSSNS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05);(4)The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effectiveness of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing for patients with lower limb fractures is significant,which can alleviate their psychological pressure,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,and promote joint function recovery and fracture healing.It is a high-quality nursing measure.
