流程化抢救措施在急诊宫外孕患者中的应用价值

摘要
目的 探讨急诊宫外孕患者的临床救治中,流程化护理抢救措施的实施效果与应用价值 方法 将福建中医药大学附属人民医院急诊科收治的78例宫外孕患者纳入研究,患者资料采集时间范围为2022年12月至2023年12月.对患者临床情况进行分析,按照所接受护理抢救措施的不同进行分组,对照组(39例)接受常规急诊护理抢救,观察组(39例)接受流程化护理抢救.结果 观察组在抢救时间与急诊室停留时间方面均短于对照组(P＜0.05).对照组中33例抢救成功,观察组全部抢救成功,抢救成功率观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组在平均服务态度、专业技术、临床沟通、救治效率方面的得分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 在急诊宫外孕患者的临床救治中实施流程化护理抢救措施可以提高救治效率,改善救治效果,且能提高患者临床满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the implementation effect and application value of standardized nursing resuscitation measures in the clinical treatment of emergency ectopic pregnancy patients.Methods 78 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to the emergency department of the Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Chinese Medicine were included in the study.The data of patients were collected from December 2022 to December 2023.The clinical situation of the patients was analyzed,and the patients were divided into groups according to the different nursing rescue measures received.The control group(39 cases)received routine emergency nursing rescue,and the observation group(39 cases)received standardized nursing rescue.Results The rescue time and emergency room stay time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05).In the control group,33 cases were successfully rescued,while all cases of the observation group were successfully rescued,and the success rate of rescue in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,(P＜0.05).The scores of average service attitude,professional skills,clinical communication,and treatment efficiency in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of emergency ectopic pregnancy patients,the implementation of standardized nursing rescue measures can improve the efficiency of treatment,improve the effect of treatment,and improve the clinical satisfaction of patients.
