摘要
目的 研究TSD全程无缝对接护理在急诊多发伤患者救治中的应用.方法 选取2023年1月至2023年9月晋江市医院急诊科救治的多发伤患者122例,根据入院时间分为研究组和对照组,每组各61例.对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取TSD全程无缝对接护理.比较两组患者急诊停留时间、转运时间、入院至手术时间、住院时间、救治成功率、并发症发生率和患者家属满意度.结果 研究组患者急诊停留时间、转运时间、入院至手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,救治成功率、并发症发生率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 TSD全程无缝对接护理可有效缩短患者救治时间,提高患者抢救成功率,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective A study on the application of TSD seamless integration nursing throughout the entire process in the treatment of multiple injury patients in emergency department.Methods 122 patients with multiple injuries treated in the emergency department of Jinjiang Hospital from January to September 2023 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group,with 61 patients in each group,based on their admission time.The control group received routine care,while the study group received seamless TSD nursing throughout the entire process.We compared the emergency stay time,transfer time,admission to surgery time,hospitalization time,treatment success rate,incidence of complications,and patient family satisfaction between two groups of patients.Results The results showed that the emergency stay time,transfer time,admission to surgery time,and hospitalization time of the study group patients were shorter than those of the control group patients.The success rate of treatment,incidence of complications of the control group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion TSD seamless integration nursing can effectively shorten the treatment time of patients,improve the success rate of patient rescue,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
