多维度强化护理对老年骨科患者自我管理能力的影响

摘要
目的 比较多维度强化护理对老年骨科患者自我管理能力的影响.方法 纳入研究的56例老年患者均来源于2021年1月至2024年1月在福建中医药大学附属省第三人民医院骨科就诊的患者,根据不同护理方式分为研究组(多维度强化护理)与对照组(常规护理),各28例,比较满意度、自我管理能力、生活质量、遵医行为.结果 研究组护理总满意率(96.43％)高于对照组(71.43％),护理后患者自我管理能力改善且评分高于对照组,生活质量改善且评分高于对照组,遵医行为改善且评分高于对照组,统计结果具有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 对老年骨科患者行多维度强化护理,有利于提升护理满意度以及患者自我管理能力和遵医行为的改善,患者生活质量得到有效提高.
Abstract
Objective To compare the impact of multidimensional reinforcement nursing on the self-management ability of elderly patients.Methods The 56 elderly patients included were from the orthopedics department of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2024.They were divided into the study group(multi-dimensional reinforcement nursing)and the control group(conventional nursing)based on different nursing methods,with 28 patients in each group.The satisfaction,self-management ability,quality of life,and compliance with medical treatment were compared.Results The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group(96.43％)was higher than that in the control group(71.43％).In the study group,the scores of self-management abilities of patients improved,qualities of life improved,and compliance behaviors improved were higher than those in the control group.The statistical results showed significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion Multidimensional reinforcement nursing for elderly orthopedic patients is beneficial for improving satisfaction control,patient self-management ability,compliance behavior,and improving their quality of life.
