综合康复护理模式对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺功能的影响分析

摘要
目的 观察老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者采取综合康复护理模式对肺功能的影响.方法 选取2022年9月至2023年9月就诊于福州市第一总医院的老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者资料,通过双盲法对69例患者进行分组,对照组35例,采用常规护理模式;观察组34例,采用常规护理加综合康复护理模式.结果 观察组肺活量(3.48±0.97)L,1s用力呼气量(58.76±5.96)％,最大通气量(69.83±5.58)％,焦虑情绪(16.53±1.18)分,疼痛评分(1.05±0.06)分,6min步行距离(435.79±49.82)m,生活质量(86.59±7.81)分,睡眠质量(5.26±1.14)分,各项指标均优于对照组(P＜0.05)具有可比性.结论 老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者通过采取康复护理模式,能够有效改善肺功能,有利于缓解患者焦虑感以及疼痛感,可有效提升患者步行距离,帮助患者调节睡眠质量,提升生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To observe the impact of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on lung function of el-derly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods The consultation period was from September 2022 to September 2023,and data of 69 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were obtained.Using double-blind method,the patients are divided into the control group(35 cases,conventional nursing)and the observation group(34 cases,conventional nursing and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing model).Results The observation group had low lung capacity(3.48±0.97)L,1-second forced expiratory volume(58.76±5.96)％,max-imum ventilation volume(69.83±5.58)％,anxiety score(16.53±1.18),pain score(1.05±0.06),6-minute walking distance(435.79±49.82)m,quality of life(86.59±7.81)points,and sleep quality(5.26±1.14)points,all of which were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Based on elderly patients with chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease,adopting a rehabilitation nursing model can effectively improve lung function,allevi-ate anxiety and pain,increase walking distance,help patients regulate sleep quality,and enhance quality of life.
