The Effect of Goal-achievement-based Holistic Nursing for Patients with Thyroid Cancer Undergoing Endoscopy

摘要
目的 探讨分析对甲状腺癌腔镜手术患者应用基于目标达成理论的整体护理的效果.方法 收集厦门大学附属第一医院2021年2月至2023年2月收治的80例甲状腺癌腔镜患者,以抛硬币法分为2组(观察组和对照组),每组各40例,分别给予常规护理、联合基于目标达成理论的整体护理,对比各项指标.结果 护理后观察组乐观性、坚韧性以及自强性评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05);住院时间、住院花费均低于对照组(P＜0.05).两组间护患纠纷发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后观察组不良反应发生率稍低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 对甲状腺癌腔镜手术患者应用基于目标达成理论的整体护理,可行性良好.
Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of goal-achievement-based holistic nursing for patients undergoing endoscopic surgery for thyroid cancer.Methods 80 patients with thyroid cancer undergoing endoscopy admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from February 2021 to February 2023 were divided into two groups(experimental group and control group)by coin toss method.The experimental group(n=40)were given routine nursing,while the control group(n=40)were given combined with holistic nursing based on the goal achievement theory,and the indicators of both group were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of optimism,tenacity,and self-reliance of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05);Hospitalization time and hospitalization cost of the experimental group were lower than those of control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of nurse-patient disputes between groups was similar(P＞0.05).After nursing,the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was slightly lower than that in the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion It is feasible to apply goal-achievement-oriented holistic nursing to patients undergoing endoscopic surgery for thyroid cancer.
