经内镜消化道息肉切除术的护理配合

摘要
目的 探讨经内镜消化道息肉切除术的护理配合方法.方法 选取2020年1月至2021年12月就诊于德化县医院行经内镜消化道息肉切除术患者114例,随机分为对照组(n=57),采用常规护理;观察组(n=57),在对照组基础上加入优质护理配合,包括中医适宜护理技术、术前准备、术中配合、术后康复,对比两组护理效果.结果 观察组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,组间对比差异明显(P＜0.05).观察组术后心率、平均动脉压、皮质醇水平虽高于对照组(P＜0.05),但与手术前相比差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 针对经内镜消化道息肉切除术患者实施优质护理,尤其是增加适宜护理技术,对经内镜消化道息肉切除术患者实施护理,在改善患者术后康复效果、提升康复速度方面的效果明显.
Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing methods for endoscopic polypectomy of digestive tract patients.Methods 114 patients who underwent endoscopic polypectomy of digestive tract in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into the post-control group(n=57)receiving routine nursing,and the observation group(n=57)recceoving high-quality nursing cooperation on the base of the control group,including appropriate nursing technology of traditional Chinese medicine,preoperative preparation,intraoperative cooperation,and postoperative rehabilitation.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had shorter surgical and hospitalization time compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The postoperative heart rate,mean arterial pressure,and cortisol levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05),but not before surgery(P＞0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic polypectomy,especially the addition of appropriate nursing techniques,and the implementation of nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic polypectomy through the combination of Chinese and Western medicine,has a significant effect on improving the postoperative rehabilitation effect of patients and improving the rehabilitation speed.
