摘要
目的 研究听力治疗与老年抑郁患者抗抑郁剂治疗疗效之间的相关性,探讨听力治疗对提高老年抑郁患者生活质量的重要性.方法 选取厦门市仙岳医院及合作的养老机构收治的60例存在听力缺陷的老年抑郁患者为研究对象,在统计患者一般资料后,通过汉密尔顿抑郁表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)统计患者的抑郁焦虑情况,根据计算机生成的随机数字分组,将患者分为助听器治疗组和无助听器治疗组,对两组患者的相关资料、不同程度听力缺陷之间的差异进行统计分析,根据分析结果判断听力治疗与抗抑郁剂治疗疗效之间的关系.结果 比较HAMD、HAMA分值,治疗前两组患者比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗后,两组患者的HAMD、HAMA分值均明显低于治疗前(P＜0.01);实验组HAMD、HAMA分值较对照组明显降低(P＜0.05)其中轻度到中度听力缺陷的患者对听力治疗的获益较中重度听力缺陷的患者更好(P＜0.05).结论 听力治疗对存在听力缺陷的老年抑郁患者的抗抑郁治疗有增效作用,具有显著的临床前景.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between hearing therapy and the efficacy of antidepressant therapy in elderly patients with depression,and to explore the importance of hearing therapy in improving the quality of life of elderly patients with depression.Methods Sixty elderly depression patients with hearing defects admitted to our hospital and cooperative elderly care institutions were selected as the research subjects.After collecting general information of the patients,their depression and anxiety levels were measured using HAMD and HAMA scales.According to a computer-generated randomization plan,the patients were divided into the hearing aid treatment group and the non-hearing aid treatment group.Paired sample t-tests were performed on the relevant data of the two groups of patients and further conducted analysis of variance on groups with different degrees of hearing impairment.Based on the analysis results,we determined the relationship between the efficacy of hearing therapy and antidepressant therapy.Results There was no statistically significant difference in HAMD and HAMA scores between the two groups of patients before treatment(P＞0.05);After treatment,the HAMD and HAMA scores of both groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment(P＜0.01);The HAMD and HAMA scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05);Among them,patients with mild to moderate hearing impairment had better benefits from hearing therapy than those with moderate to severe hearing impairment(P＜0.05).Conclusion Hearing therapy has a synergistic effect on antidepressant treatment in elderly depressed patients with hearing defects,and has significant clinical prospects.
