间苯三酚注射液与山茛菪碱治疗急诊老年痉挛性腹痛的临床疗效及安全性研究

摘要
目的 探讨间苯三酚注射液与山莨菪碱用于急诊老年痉挛性腹痛的治疗效果和安全性.方法 以80例急诊老年痉挛性腹痛患者为对象,以随机方式将患者分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组提供间苯三酚注射液治疗,对照组选择山莨菪碱治疗.结果 治疗组与对照组治疗有效占比分别为97.50％、85.00％,治疗组疗效更佳,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗组患者腹痛消失时间为(0.57±0.06)d,对照组患者腹痛消失时间为(1.68±0.31)d,差异存在统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗组患者的视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分也比对照组患者低,具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).且治疗组不良反应更少,两组差异存在统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对急诊老年痉挛性腹痛患者实施间苯三酚注射液治疗,疗效明显,有助于改善患者生活质量,减轻患者腹痛症状,且不良反应较少,因此可在痉挛性腹痛中得到广泛应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and safety of anisodamine and phloroglucinol injection for emergency treatment of spasmodic abdominal pain in elderly patients.Methods In this study,80 patients with emergency senile spasmodic abdominal pain were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Phloroglucinol injection was provided to the treatment group,while anisodamine was provided to the control group.Results The proportion of effective treatment in the treatment group and the control group was 97.50％and 85.00％,respectively,and the treatment group had better efficacy,and there was statistical value in the difference in efficacy(P＜0.05).The disappearance time of abdominal pain in the treatment group was(0.57±0.06)days,while that in the control group was(1.68±0.31)days,and the difference is statically significant(P＜0.05).The VAS score of the patients in the treatment group was also lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).There were fewer adverse reactions in the treatment group compared to the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of phloroglucinol injection for emergency elderly patients with spasmodic abdominal pain has a significant therapeutic effect,helps to improve the quality of life of patients,alleviate abdominal pain symptoms,and has few adverse reactions.Therefore,it can be widely used in the treatment of spasmodic abdominal pain.
