盐酸胺碘酮用于急诊治疗室性心律失常患者的临床价值分析

摘要
目的 研究室性心律失常在基础治疗基础上联合盐酸胺碘酮药物治疗的效果.方法 将福州市长乐区医院急诊科2019年8月至2022年10月随机选取的180例室性心律失常患者采用双盲法分组,观察组和对照组每组各90例患者.两组患者都建立静脉通路,并予吸氧、心电监护、血压监护、纠正电解质紊乱等治疗,对照组在常规基础治疗基础上联用酒石酸美托洛尔,观察组在常规基础治疗基础上联用盐酸胺碘酮治疗,对比两组临床疗效.结果 观察组短期治疗总有效率、左室射血分数高于对照组,临床指标、室性早搏次数、左室心功能指标(收缩末期内径、舒张末期容积)、不良反应(血压下降、心率过缓)总发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 室性心律失常在基础治疗基础上联合盐酸胺碘酮治疗效果更好.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of basic therapy combined with amiodarone hydrochloride for ventricular arrhythmia.Methods 180 patients with ventricular arrhythmia randomly selected from the emergency Department of Fuzhou Changle District Hospital from August 2019 to October 2022 were divided into two groups by double-blind method,with 90 patients in each group which are the observation group and the control group.Intravenous access was established in both groups,and the patients were treated with oxygen inhalation,ECG monitoring,blood pressure monitoring,anticoagulation,correction of electrolyte disturbance,etc.The control group was treated with metoprolol tartrate tablet on the basis of conventional basic treatment,and the observation group was treated with amiodarone hydrochloride on the basis of conventional basic treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate and left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the clinical indicators,the number of premature ventricular beats,the indicators of left ventricular cardiac function(end-systolic diameter,end-diastolic volume),and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of basic therapy combined with amiodarone hydrochloride on ventricular arrhythmia is better.
