快速血清学标志物与微生物学检验联合诊断肺炎支原体感染引发下呼吸道感染的价值

摘要
目的 分析探讨快速血清学标志物检验与微生物学检验联合诊断由肺炎支原体感染所引起的下呼吸道感染的价值.方法 将2020年8月至2022年11月厦门市第三医院收治的80例肺炎并发下呼吸道感染患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组(快速血清学标志物检验)和观察组(快速血清学标志物检验与微生物学检验联合诊断),每组各40例,记录评价检出率.结果 经对比发现,观察组检出率为95.00%(38/40),明显高于对照组[80.00%(32/40)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组检测结果显示,由肺炎支原体感染所引起的下呼吸道感染阳性30例,阴性10例;对照组检测结果显示,由肺炎支原体感染所引起的下呼吸道感染阳性25例,阴性15例,组间诊断准确度、敏感度及特异度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 临床为由肺炎支原体感染所引起的下呼吸道感染患者实施快速血清学标志物与微生物学检验联合诊断,诊断效果良好,诊断准确度、敏感度及特异度均明显高于单项检测,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To analyze and explore the value of combining rapid serological biomarker testing and microbiological testing in diagnosing lower respiratory tract infections caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods 80 patients with pneumonia complicated by lower respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to November 2022 were randomly divided into the control group(rapid serological marker test)and the observation group(rapid serological marker test combined with microbiological test diagnosis).The number of patients in each group was 40,and the detection rate was recorded and evaluated.Results hrough comparison,we could observe that the detection rate of the observation group is 95.00%(38/40),which is significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%(32/40),and the data comparison forms a significant statistical difference(P<0.05);The observation group test results showed that there were 30 positive and 10 negative cases of lower respiratory tract infections caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.The control group test results showed that there were 25 positive and 15 negative cases of lower respiratory tract infections caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.There was a significant difference in diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of using combined diagnosis of rapid serological biomarker testing and microbiological testing on patients with lower respiratory tract infections caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in clinical practice was good,and the accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of the diagnosis were significantly higher than those of single tests.It is worth promoting.
