摘要
目的 全面评估全自动化学发光免疫分析仪检验抗缪勒管激素、HE4对多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)的诊断价值.方法 研究以2022年1月至2023年1月石狮市妇幼保健院收治的45例多囊卵巢综合征患者(观察组)和45例健康体检人士(对照组)为主体,采用MAGLUMI X8全自动化学发光免疫分析仪检测抗缪勒管激素、人附睾蛋白4(Human Epididymal Protein 4,HE4)水平,后对结果进行比较分析;以及随访1年,对观察组疾病复发患者与未复发患者的指标水平进行比较.结果 观察组抗缪勒管激素、HE4水平高于对照组(P<0.05);随访1年,复发患者的抗缪勒管激素、HE4水平高于未复发患者(P<0.05).结论 采用全自动化学发光免疫分析仪检验抗缪勒管激素、HE4水平,对多囊卵巢综合征有较强诊断价值,可以用于多囊卵巢综合征的早期检查中.
Abstract
Objective To comprehensively evaluate the diagnostic value of automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer for detecting anti Mullerian hormone and Human Epididymal Protein 4(HE4)for polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A study was conducted on 45 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(observation group)and 45 healthy individuals undergoing physical examination(control group)in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023.The levels of anti Mullerian hormone and HE4 were detected using MAGLUMI X8 fully automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer,and the results were compared;We follow up them for 1 year and compare the indicator levels between the observation group patients with and without disease recurrence.Results The levels of anti Mullerian hormone and HE4 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);After a one-year follow-up,the levels of anti Mullerian hormone and HE4 in recurrent patients were higher than those in non-recurrent patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of a fully automated chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer to test the levels of anti Mullerian hormone and HE4 has strong diagnostic value for polycystic ovary syndrome and can be used for early detection of polycystic ovary syndrome.
