探讨优化急救流程在急性有机磷中毒患者临床救治方面的意义

摘要
目的 探究急性有机磷中毒患者接受优化急救护理流程的作用.方法 选取厦门市第五医院急诊科2022年8月至2023年8月收治的100例急性有机磷中毒患者,基于数字随机表法对患者进行分组,对照组与观察组各50例.其中,对照组实施传统护理流程;观察组采用优化急救护理流程.对两组患者的抢救时间、护理满意度、并发症发生率进行对比.结果 观察组的抢救时间和留观时间比对照组患者用时更短,差异显著(P＜0.05);两组并发症发生率对比,观察组总发生率少于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);统计两组患者的护理满意度,观察组更高(P＜0.05).结论 急性有机磷中毒患者接受优化之后的急救护理流程,患者的救治成功率大大提升,缩短了急救时间,患者的满意度更高,临床应用价值显著.
Abstract
Objective To explore the role of optimized emergency nursing processes in patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning.Methods 100 patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning admitted from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups using a digital random table method,with 50 patients in the control group and 50 patients in the observation group.Among them,the control group underwent traditional nursing procedures;The observation group adopted an optimized emergency nursing process.We compared the rescue time,nursing satisfaction,and incidence of complications of the two groups of patients.Results The rescue time and observation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P＜0.05);The comparison of the incidence of complications between the two groups showed that the total incidence rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);Statistics showed that the nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The optimized emergency nursing process for patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning significantly improves the success rate of treatment,shortens emergency response time,increases patient satisfaction,and has significant clinical application value.
