社区医院院前急救护理在急性心肌梗死患者抢救临床意义

摘要
目的 分析急性心肌梗死患者抢救中对其纳入社区医院院前急救护理的可行性.方法 选择2023年6月至2024年2月青岛市市南区江苏路街道黄县路社区卫生服务中心收治的60例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,以不同的急救干预方式为分组依据,将患者分成研究组和对照组,每组30例.结果 研究组院前反应、急救、球囊扩张和住院所消耗的时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).所有患者接受护理后的CK-MB、cTnI、NT-proBNP水平均下降,但与对照组相比,研究组的下降程度更大,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).护理配合后的研究组并发症更少,且护理满意度也更高,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 研究表明,社区医院院前急救护理配合用于急性心肌梗死抢救工作,可大大缩短患者救治时间,有效改善患者心肌水平,提高抢救成功率,因此可在急性心肌梗死院前护理中应用推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the feasibility of pre-hospital emergency nursing cooperation in community hospitals for emergency rescue of myocardial infarction patients.Methods Sixty patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the Huangxian Road Community Health Service Center in Jiangsu Road Street,Shinan District,Qingdao City from June 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects.Different emergency intervention methods were used as grouping criteria,and the patients were divided into the study group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Results The time spent on pre-hospital reaction,first aid,balloon dilation,and hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of CK-MB,cTnI,and NT-proBNP of all patients after receiving nursing care were decreased,but compared with the decrease degree of the control group,the decrease degree was greater in the study group,and the statistical value was significant(P＜0.05).There were fewer complications and higher nursing satisfaction in the study group after nursing coordination compared to those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of community hospital pre-hospital emergency nursing cooperation in the rescue of acute myocardial infarction patients can greatly shorten the patient's treatment time,effectively improve the patient's myocardial level,and increase the success rate of rescue.Therefore,it can be applied and promoted in pre hospital nursing of acute myocardial infarction patients.
