摘要
目的 分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)急性加重无创机械通气治疗的护理配合.方法 选取2023年1月至2023年11月晋江市医院(上海市第六人民医院福建医院)呼吸与危重症医学科收治的无创机械通气治疗的慢阻肺急性加重患者60例,分为综合护理配合组与基础护理配合组,两组各30例.比较两组患者无创机械通气耐受情况、生命体征、舒适度.结果 综合护理配合组患者中无创机械通气强耐受比例高于基础护理配合组,一般耐受、弱耐受比例低于基础护理配合组,心率、呼吸频率低于基础护理配合组,舒适度评分高于基础护理配合组,气促、咳痰、咳嗽缓解时间、血氧饱和度恢复时间均短于基础护理配合组,每日排痰量多于基础护理配合组,并发症发生率低于基础护理配合组(P＜0.05).结论 慢阻肺急性加重无创机械通气治疗的综合护理配合较基础护理配合效果好.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the nursing cooperation of non-invasive mechanical ventilation treatment for acute exacerbation of COPD.Methods 60 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD who received non-invasive mechanical ventilation were selected and divided into two groups:the comprehensive nursing coordination group and the basic nursing coordination group,30 cases in each group.The non-invasive mechanical ventilation tolerance,vital signs,and comfort were compared between the two groups.Results In the comprehensive nursing cooperation group,the proportion of patients with strong tolerance to noninvasive mechanical ventilation was higher than that in the basic nursing cooperation group,the proportion of general tolerance and weak tolerance were lower than that in the basic nursing cooperation group,the heart rate and respiratory rate were lower than that in the basic nursing cooperation group,the comfort score was higher than that in the basic nursing cooperation group,the relief time of shortness of breath,sputum,cough,and blood oxygen saturation were shorter than that in the basic nursing cooperation group,the daily sputum output was higher than that of the basic nursing group,and the complication rate was lower than that of the basic nursing group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing combined with non-invasive mechanical ventilation treatment for acute COPD exacerbation is better than that of basic nursing.
