摘要
目的 观察在耳鼻喉急诊护理中使用优质护理的价值及有效性,以期为相关研究工作提供重要参考依据.方法 将2022年3月至2023年10月就诊于贵州省黔东南州人民医院的60例耳鼻喉急诊患者作为研究对象.根据护理方式不同对患者进行分组,对照组30例,实施常规护理;研究组30例,采用优质护理服务进行干预,对比不同组别心理状态、护理效果等指标情况.结果 不同组别治疗前焦虑、抑郁评分不存在显著差异(P＞0.05);研究组接受相应的治疗后焦虑评分为(34.56±3.25)分,对照组为(44.37±4.19)分,且研究组接受相应的治疗后抑郁评分比对照组低(P＜0.05);研究组患者病区管理为(8.92±3.31)分,对照组为(6.98±2.32)分,且研究组服务态度、专业技能评分高于对照组(P＜0.05);对照组对护理工作总满意率为73.33％,研究组为96.67％,组间数据比较差异明显(P＜0.05).结论 通过优质护理服务对耳鼻喉科急诊患者实施干预,有利于改善患者的不良心理状态,提升护理质量,促使患者获得满意的护理效果,具有推广应用的价值.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effectiveness of using high-quality nursing service in emergency care of Otolaryngology patients,so as to provide important reference for related research work.Methods The 60 patients collected were all from Otolaryngology department of our hospital from March 2022 to October 2023.The patients were divided into the control group with routine nurse care(n=30)and the study group with high-quality nurse care(n=30)according to the different ways of nursing.the mental status and nursing effect of different groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05),and the scores of anxiety and depression after treatment were(34.56±3.25)in the study group and(44.37±4.19)in the control group,the score of ward management was(8.92±3.31)in the study group and(6.98±2.32)in the control group,the scores of service attitude and professional skills in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the total satisfaction rate of the control group was 73.33％,while that of the study group was 96.67％.Conclusion The intervention of Otolaryngology emergency patients through high quality nursing service is beneficial to the improvement of patients'unhealthy psychological state,as well as to the improvement of nursing quality and the promotion of patients'satisfactory nursing effect,so the utility model has the value of popularization and application.
