新型人工骨植骨微创治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效

摘要
目的 比较新型人工骨植骨微创治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效.方法 选取2020年10月至2023年10月博兴县中医医院骨科收治的60例胫骨平台骨折患者,根据入院时间采取了不同的手术治疗方式,前者采用传统锁定钢板内固定手术方案治疗(对照组),后者采用新型人工骨植骨微创治疗(研究组),每组各30例,比较两组膝关节功能水平,随访胫骨平台骨折患者疼痛程度、并发症发生率.结果 研究组疼痛程度在治疗后低于对照组,膝关节功能评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组干预后的并发症总发生率1例(3.33％),低于对照组[10例(33.33％)],差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对胫骨平台骨折患者行新型人工骨植骨微创治疗,有利于改善患者膝关节功能及降低疼痛程度,减少并发症的发生率,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy of using a new type of artificial bone grafting in the mini-mally invasive treatment of tibial plateau fractures.Methods 60 patients with tibial plateau fractures visited the orthopedics department of our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 are selected as research subjects,all of whom underwent minimally invasive treatment.They were divided into the study group(minimally invasive treatment with new artificial bone grafting)and the control group(traditional locking steel plate internal fixation surgery)according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The knee joint function levels of the two groups were compared,and the pain level and incidence of complications in patients with tibial plateau frac-tures were followed up.Results After treatment,the degree of pain in the study group was lower than that in the control group,while the knee joint function score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications after intervention in the study group was 1 case(3.33％),which was less than that in the control group which is 10 cases(33.33％),and the results showed a statis-tically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive treatment of tibial plateau fractures with new artificial bone grafting is beneficial for improving knee joint function and pain levels,reducing the inci-dence of complications,so it is worthy of promotion.
