奥美拉唑钠肠溶片联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗急性胃肠炎的临床效果观察

摘要
目的 探讨分析奥美拉唑钠肠溶片联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗急性胃肠炎临床效果.方法 收集2022年11月至2023年11月就诊于郑州大学第五附属医院的80例急性胃肠炎患者,采用随机分组的方式分为研究组和对照组各40例,研究组采用奥美拉唑钠肠溶片联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗,对照组使用复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗,对比两组患者生活质量指标、症状改善时间,随访疾病疗效、不良反应.结果 在接受治疗后研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,呕吐、腹痛、发热、腹泻时间低于对照组,治疗总有效率(97.50％)高于对照组(77.50％),不良反应总发生率为1例(2.50％),低于对照组[9例(22.50％)],差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对急性胃肠炎患者予以奥美拉唑钠肠溶片与复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合干预,可提升其生活质量指标,提高疗效,降低不良反应,安全性更高.
Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of omeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets combined with compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis.Methods 80 cases of emergency acute gastroenteritis patients admitted to the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from November 2022 to November 2023 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with omeprazole sodium enteric-covered tablets combined with compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets,and the control group was treated with compound Lactobacillus acido-philus tablets only.The quality-of-life index and symptom improvement time of the two groups were compared,and the efficacy and adverse reactions were followed up.Results After statistical analysis,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,while the time of vomiting,abdominal pain,fever,and di-arrhea of the study group was lower than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the study group(97.50％)was higher than that of the control group(77.50％),and the total incidence of adverse reactions of the study group was 1 case(2.50％)which was less than that of the control group(9 cases,22.50％).All of the differences were statis-tically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Combined intervention of omeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets and compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets in patients with acute gastroenteritis can improve their quality-of-life index,improve efficacy,reduce adverse reactions,and have higher safety.
