化痰活血通络汤联合西药对冠心病痰瘀互阻证患者的疗效影响

摘要
目的 分析化痰活血通络汤联合西药对于冠心病痰瘀互阻证的疗效.方法 选择2021年3月至2023年3月期间在漳州市第三医院接受诊治的100例冠心病痰瘀互阻证患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组50例运用常规西药治疗,观察组50例在西药治疗基础上联合化痰活血通络汤,分析治疗后的治疗效果.结果 治疗后和对照组相比,观察组的SF-36生活健康量表(the Mos36-item Short Form Health Survey,SF-36)总评分更高,临床总疗效也更高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组患者不良事件发生率差异无统计学治疗意义(P＞0.05),两组在治疗前的中医证候积分差异也无统计学差异(P＞0.05).结论 化痰活血通络汤联合西药治疗可减轻冠心病痰瘀互阻证患者中医证候症状,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Huatan Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Methods 100 patients with phlegm-stasis syndrome CHD who received treatment in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly grouped for treatment.50 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and 50 cases in the observation group were treated with Huatan Huoxue Tongluo Decoction on the base of Western medicine.The therapeutic effect after treatment was analyzed.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the total SF-36 quality of life score of the observation group was higher,and the total clinical ef-ficacy of the observation group was higher,while the comparison between the two groups was significant(P＜0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P＞0.05),and there was no difference in the TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).Con-clusion Coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome can be relieved by Huatan Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with Western medicine.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
