摘要
目的 探讨对异常子宫出血的患者采用药物联合治疗的效果.方法 选取2022年5月至2023年6月漳州市长泰区岩溪镇中心卫生院收治的90例异常子宫出血的患者作为研究对象.按照随机抽签法进行分组,即对照组45例,采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,观察组45例,采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片加葆宫止血颗粒治疗,对两组的治疗效果进行比较.结果 对观察组的内皮功能、血常规相关指标水平、临床相关指标以及子宫内膜厚度与对照组进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组的性激素相关指标水平较低(P＜0.05);两组的临床治疗效果进行比较对照组较低(P＜0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 对异常子宫出血的患者采用两种药物联合治疗的效果较为理想,能够改善患者的性激素水平、内皮功能以及血常规,提高其临床治疗效果.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of drug combination therapy on patients with abnormal uter-ine bleeding.Methods 90 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to Yanxi Town Central Health Center,Changtai District,Zhangzhou were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random drawing method,which are the control group(n=45,ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets)and the ob-servation group(n=45,ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets+Baogong hemostatic granules).The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results Endothelial function,blood routine related indexes,clinical related indexes,and endometrial thickness of the observation group were compared with those of the control group,and the relevant data were significant(P＜0.05).The levels of sex hormone-related indexes in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The clinical therapeutic effect was lower in the control group than in the observation group(P＜0.05);There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion For patients with abnormal uterine bleeding,the combination of the two drugs has an ideal treatment effect,which can improve the patient's sex hormone level,endothelial function,blood routine,and the clinical treatment effect.
