摘要
目的 分析新生儿早期基本保健脐带护理法对新生儿脐带感染和脱落发生率的影响.方法 随机抽选2021年1月至2023年6月期间出生符合研究要求的新生儿85例为研究对象,经盲选抽签法分为两组(对照组42例、实验组43例).对照组采取常规新生儿护理,实验组采取新生儿早期基本保健脐带护理法.比较新生儿脐带脱落时间占比、脐带残端脱落时间均值、脐部愈合质量,脐带感染发生率的差异.结果 实验组新生儿脐带脱落时间、脐部甲级愈合占比均高于对照组(P＜0.05).实验组新生儿脐轮红肿及脐部渗血渗液、肉芽肿增生发生率均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 新生儿早期基本保健脐带护理法的临床开展,可积极促进新生儿脐带残端脱落,降低脐带感染风险,并优化脐带脱落后创面愈合质量.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of early basic umbilical cord care nursing on the incidence of neonatal umbilical cord infection and cord shedding.Methods 85 neonates born from January 2021 to June 2023 who met the requirements of the study were randomly selected and divided into two groups(42 cases in the control group and 43 cases in the experimental group)by blind selection lottery method.The control group was combined with routine neonatal nurs-ing,and the experimental group was combined with early basic umbilical cord care nursing.The proportion of neonatal umbilical cord shedding time,the mean value of umbilical cord shedding time,the quality of umbilical cord healing,and the incidence of umbilical cord infection of two groups were compared.Results The time of umbilical cord shedding and the proportion of umbilical cord grade A healing in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of umbilical ring swelling,umbilical blood oozing,and granuloma hyperplasia in experimental group was lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical development of early basic umbilical cord care nursing can actively promote the shedding of newborn umbilical cord stump,reduce the risk of umbilical cord infection,and optimize the quality of wound healing after umbilical cord shedding.
