预见性护理在缺血性脑梗死溶栓治疗中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的 分析预见性护理在急性缺血性脑梗死溶栓治疗中的应用效果.方法 选取兰州大学第二医院2022年1月至2023年1月收治的80例急性缺血性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,结合阿替普酶溶栓环节护理方法的差异分为两组,每组各40例.对照组予以一般护理,干预组应用预见性护理,观察两组优质护理合格率及其对患者预后的影响.结果 治疗后干预组的优质护理合格率更高(P＜0.05);干预组Hachinski缺血量表(Hachinski Ischemic Scale,HIS)、Essen脑卒中风险评分量表(Essen Stroke Risk Score,ESRS)评分、超敏C反应蛋白(Hypersensitive C-reactive Protein,hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Homocystine,Hcy)、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lipoprotein-associated PhospholipaseA2,Lp-PLA2)均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 预见性护理能显著改善急性缺血性脑梗死患者的护理质量,优质护理合格率高,且改善患者预后效果突出,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of predictive nursing in thrombolytic therapy of acute ischemic cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group based on nursing care methods for alteplase thrombolytic therapy,while the control group was treated with general nursing and the inter-vention group was treated with predictive nursing.The high-quality rate of nursing and its effect on the prognosis of patients in the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the high quality rate of nursing in the inter-vention group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of HIS,ESSEN,hs-CRP,Hcy,and Lp-PLA2 in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion Predictive nursing care can significantly improve the quality of care of patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction,high quality rate of care,and improve the prognosis of patients with outstanding effect.It is worth pro-moting the implementation of clinical efforts.
