优化手术室急诊护理流程对脑动脉瘤患者抢救效果的影响分析

摘要
目的 探讨优化手术室急诊护理流程用于抢救脑动脉瘤患者的可行性与有效性.方法 以90例脑动脉瘤患者为对象,以数字表法作为分组依据,划分患者为试验组(n=45)和对照组(n=45).对照组采取常规急诊护理流程,试验组采取优化手术室急诊护理流程.结果 经干预后的所有患者GCS评分均有所提升,试验组患者评分提升更为明显(P＜0.05).试验组患者进出诊室、急救、分诊以及住院所消耗的时间明显短于对照组(P＜0.05).试验组生活质量、干预满意、抑郁以及焦虑评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05).试验组急救期间不良反应发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 为脑动脉瘤患者抢救中优化手术室急诊护理流程,有助于改善患者意识状态,缩短患者救治时间,同时提升患者生活质量,改善患者情绪状态,降低抢救并发症发生率,因此可被广泛用于脑动脉瘤抢救工作中.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of optimizing the emergency nursing flow in the operating room for rescuing patients with cerebral aneurysm.Methods 90 patients with cerebral an-eurysm were divided into the experimental group(n=45)and the control group(n=45)according to numerical table method.The routine emergency nursing process was provided to the control group,and the optimized emergency nursing process was provided to the experimental group.Results After intervention,the GCS score of all patients was improved,and the score of experimental group was increased more significantly(P＜0.05).The time spent in entering and leaving the consulting room,first aid,triage,and hospitalization of the experimental group was signif-icantly shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P＜0.05).The scores of quality of life,intervention satisfaction,depression,and anxiety in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There were fewer adverse reactions in the experimental group during emergency treatment than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Optimizing the emergency nursing process in the operation room dur-ing the rescue of cerebral aneurysm patients can help to improve the consciousness of patients,shorten the treatment time of patients,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients,improve the emotional state of patients,and re-duce the incidence of rescue complications,so it can be widely used in the rescue work of cerebral aneurysm.
