专职化分层护理小组模式在急诊科心血管病危重患者抢救中的应用

摘要
目的 分析专职化分层护理小组模式在急诊科心血管危重患者抢救中的实际应用效果.方法 随机抽取2023年1月至2023年12月南京医科大学第二附属医院急诊科收治的98例心血管危重患者作为研究对象,按照数字双盲法分为对照组(实施常规护理)与实验组(实施专职化分层护理),每组各49例.比较两组护理指标、抢救效果及护理满意度.结果 实验组患者开放静脉通道时间、急救时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05);实验组抢救病死率、致残率及良好率均优于对照组(P＜0.05);实验组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),差异具有统计学意义.结论 在急诊科心血管危重患者的临床抢救中,专职化分层护理小组模式的构建不仅能够提高护理效率,还能够提高抢救效果,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective This paper analyzes the effect of the full-time stratified nursing group model on the clinical rescue of critical cardiovascular patients in emergency department.Methods 98 critical cardiovascular patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group(n=49)and the experimental group(n=49)based on double blind method,while routine nursing and professional stratified nursing were carried out respectively.The nursing indexes,rescue effect,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time of opening venous access,first aid,and hospitalization in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The mortality,disability rate,and good rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,with significant differences(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experi-mental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The full-time stratified nursing group model is helpful to improve the nursing efficiency and rescue effect of cardiovascular critical patients in emergency department,so it is worth being promoted and applied in clinic.
