阑尾炎的急诊超声诊断护理

摘要
目的 观察阑尾炎的急诊超声定性诊断及护理配合措施.方法 回顾性分析2022年12月至2023年12月在泰安市妇幼保健院急诊科就诊并接受超声诊断的64例阑尾炎患者.对患者进行随机分组,其中32例设为对照组,实施常规护理.其余32例设为观察组,实施精细化护理.将检查结果与病理结果进行对比,统计两组超声诊断准确率,调查两组临床护理满意度.结果 经超声检查,将检查结果与病理结果进行对比,对照组诊断准确率为75.00％,观察组诊断准确率为96.88％,观察组准确率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组护理满意度评分为(96.27±5.52)分,明显高于对照组[(88.33±2.07)分](P＜0.05).结论 阑尾炎患者超声诊断过程中积极对患者实施必要的护理措施有助于提高诊断准确率和患者满意度.
Abstract
Objective To observe the qualitative diagnosis and nursing cooperation measures of emergency ultrasound for appendicitis.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 64 patients with appendicitis who received ultrasound diagnosis in the emergency department of Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023.The patients are randomly divided into 2 groups,with 32 cases assigned to the control group and received routine nursing care while the remaining 32 cases were assigned to the observation group and underwent refined nursing care.We compared the examination results with the pathological results,cal-culated the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis in both groups,and investigated the satisfaction of clinical nursing in both groups.Results Ultrasound examination results were compared with pathological results,and the diagnostic accuracy of the control group was 75.00％,while that of the observation group was 96.88％.The accuracy of the ob-servation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was(96.27±5.52)points,significantly higher than that of the control group(88.33±2.07)points(P＜0.05).Conclusion Actively implementing necessary nursing measures during the ultrasound diagnosis process of appendicitis patients can help improve diagnostic accuracy and patient satisfaction.
