摘要
目的 利用共词聚类分析2013至2022年我国护理人员在应对突发公共卫生事件方面的研究热点,总结归纳护理人员应对突发公共卫生事件的现状,为后期开展相关研究提供借鉴与帮助.方法 检索中国知网、万方数据、维普数据库,自2013年1月1日至2022年12月31日,在篇名、关键词、摘要中含有"护理人员""护士""突发公共卫生事件""公共卫生应急""公共卫生突发事件""突发性公共卫生事件"的文献,通过COOC13.4软件去除重复发表文献,通过阅读题目、摘要或全文,去除与主题不符、内容无关的文献,再次利用COOC13.4软件进行词频分析,提取高频主题词,导入gCLUTO软件进行共词聚类分析.结果 共纳入文献748篇,提取34个高频主题词,占总频次累计百分比的39.36％,经共词聚类分析共总结出4个研究热点,分别为:护理人员应急救援能力的研究;护理人员突发公共卫生事件教育培训的研究;突发公共卫生事件中护理管理方面的研究;护理人员突发公共卫生事件的心理研究.结论 近10年来我国护理人员应对突发公共卫生事件在应急救援能力、教育培训、护理管理、心理研究等方面均有长足的进步,但整体研究质量有待进一步提升.未来可对国外相关文献进行检索,同时加强理论框架及科研方法的运用,以期提高科研质量,促进我国该领域相关研究发展.
Abstract
Objective Using co-word clustering to analyze the research hotspots of Chinese nurses in re-sponse to public health emergencies from 2013 to 2022,to summarize the current situation and development trend of nursing staff responding to public health emergencies,in order to provide reference and assistance for future related research.Methods We searched CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP Database for literature containing"nursing staff',"nurses","public health emergency","public health emergiency","public health emergency",or"sudden public health event"in the title,keywords,or articles from January 1,2013 to December 31,2022.The COOC13.4 software was used to remove repeated publications,and the titles,abstracts,orfull texts were read to remove the literature inconsistent with the theme and irrelevant to the content.COOC13.4 software was used for word frequen-cy analysis to extract high-frequency subject words,and gCLUTO software was imported for co-word clustering analysis.Results 748 literatures were included,and 34 high-frequency subject terms were extracted,accounting for 39.36％of the total cumulativepercentage of frequency.Four research hotspots were summarized through cluster analysis of common words,respectively:Study on emergency rescue ability of nursing staff;Research on education and training of emergency public health services for nursing staff;Research on nursing management in research on public health emergencies of nursing staff;Psychological research on nurses during public health emergencies.Conclusion In the past 10 years,Chinese nursing staff have made great progress in emergency rescue ability,ed-ucation and training,nursing management,psychological research,and other aspects of responding to public health emergencies,but the overall research quality needs to be further improved.In the future,relevant foreign literatures can be framework and scientific research methods can be strengthened in order to improve the quality of scientific research and promote the development of relevant research in this field in China.
