摘要
目的 探讨中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎伴勃起功能障碍的效果.方法 选取伴有勃起功能障碍的慢性前列腺炎患者100例,分为两组,各50例.统计分析两组病情程度、勃起功能障碍程度、抑郁程度、焦虑程度、前列腺小体外泄蛋白、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况.结果 中西医结合治疗组患者的症状影响、排尿症状、疼痛症状、生活质量评分及NIH-CPSI总分、MADRS评分、SAS评分、前列腺小体外泄蛋白水平均低于西医治疗组(P＜0.05),IIEF-5评分、总有效率高于西医治疗组(P＜0.05).结论 伴有勃起功能障碍的慢性前列腺炎治疗中中西医结合综合治疗的临床效果较好.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic prostatitis with erectile dysfunction.Methods 100 patients with chronic prostatitis accompanied by erectile dysfunction were selected and were divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The severity of the condition,degree of erectile dysfunction,degree of depression,degree of anxiety,secretion of prostatic vesicle protein,clinical efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions in two groups werestatistically ana-lyzed.Results The symptom impact,urination symptoms,pain symptoms,quality of life score,NIH-CPSI total score,MADRS score,SAS score,and prostate small body leakage protein level of the combined traditional Chinese and Western medicinetreatment group were all lower than those of the Western medicine treatment group(P＜0.05).The IIEF-5 score and the total effective rate wereall higher in the combined traditional Chinese and Western medi-cinetreatment groupthan those in theWestern medicine treatment group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of treating chronic prostatitis with erectile dysfunction withcombination of traditional Chinese and Western medi-cine is good.
