摘要
目的 探讨糖尿病患者基于电子病历系统的多学科同质化血糖管理模式的效果.方法 选取张家界市人民医院2023年6月至2023年12月收治的住院糖尿病患者80例,依据随机数字表法分为基于电子病历系统的多学科同质化血糖管理模式组(同质化管理模式组)、常规化管理模式组两组,各40例.统计分析两组糖尿病知识知晓度、平均住院日、住院期间医疗总费用、血糖波动情况.结果 同质化管理模式组患者的糖尿病知识知晓评分均高于常规化管理模式组(P＜0.05).同质化管理模式组患者的平均住院日短于常规化管理模式组(P＜0.05),住院期间医疗总费用低于常规化管理模式组(P＜0.05).同质化管理模式组患者的平均血糖标准差(SDBG)、日间血糖平均绝对差(MODD)、有效血糖波动频率(NGE)、平均血糖波动幅度(MAGE)均低于常规化管理模式组(P＜0.05).结论 糖尿病患者基于电子病历系统的多学科同质化血糖管理模式的效果较常规化管理模式好.
Abstract
Objective To explore the multidisciplinary homogeneous blood glucose management model based on electronic medical record system effect for diabetes patients.Methods Eighty hospitalized patients with diabetes from June 2023 to December 2023 in Zhangjiajie People's Hospital were selected,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,namely,the multidisciplinary homogeneous blood glucose management mode group based on the electronic medical record system(homogeneous management mode group)and the conventional management mode group,with 40 cases in each group.The awareness of diabetes knowledge,average length of stay,total medical expenses during hospitalization,and blood glucose fluctuation in the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The scores of diabetes knowledge awareness of patients in the homogeneous management mode group were higher than those in the conventional management mode group(P＜0.05).The average length of hospital stay of patients in the homogeneous management mode group was shorter than that in the conventional management mode group(P＜0.05),and the total medical expenses during hospitali-zation in the homogeneous management mode group were lower than those in the conventional management mode group(P＜0.05).The standard deviation of mean blood glucose(SDBG),mean absolute deviation of daytime blood glucose(MODD),effective blood glucose fluctuation frequency(NGE),and mean blood glucose fluctuation ampli-tude(MAGE)of patients in the homogeneous management mode group were lower than those in the conventional management mode group(P＜0.05).Conclusion For diabetes patients,the effect of multidisciplinary homogene-ous blood glucose management model based on electronic medical record system is better than the effect of regular management model,so it is worthy of promotion.
