The Application of Playful Situational Cognitive Intervention in the Aerosol Inhalation of Bronchial Pneumonia Children

摘要
目的 探究童趣化情境认知干预对支气管肺炎患儿雾化吸入治疗依从性和症状缓解的影响.方法 将2021年1月至2022年12月收治的120例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为对照组60例,予以常规雾化吸入护理;观察组60例,在常规护理基础上增加童趣化情境认知干预.比较两组患儿治疗依从性、症状缓解时间及肺功能,用力肺活量(Forced Vital Capacity,FVC)、1 秒用力呼气容积(Forced Expiratory Volume in One Second,FEV1)、最大呼气流速峰值(Peak Expiratory Flow,PEF).结果 观察组雾化吸入治疗依从性良好率明显高于对照组(86.67%vs 68.33%,P<0.05).观察组喘憋、咳嗽、哮鸣音消失时间均较对照组更短(P<0.05).观察组干预后FVC、FEV1、PEF均明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 童趣化情境认知干预可明显提高支气管肺炎患儿雾化吸入治疗依从性,加速症状缓解,有效改善肺功能.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of the application of playful situational cognitive intervention on the treatment compliance and symptom relief during the aerosol inhalation of bronchial pneumonia children.Methods 120 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into the control group(n=60,routine atomization inhalation care)and the observation group(n=60,and playful situational cognitive intervention was added on the basis of routine care).Intervention outcomes were ap-praised through the treatment compliance,symptom relief time,the lung function indexes like forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),and peak expiratory flow(PEF).Results The good treatment compliance rates in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(86.67%vs 68.33%,P<0.05);the dyspnea,cough,and wheezing rale disappearance time in the observation group was sig-nificantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,FVC,FEV1,and PEF values in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The playful situational cognitive intervention can reduce the clinical symptoms,improve the treatment compliance and lung function for bronchial pneumonia children.
