Objective To analyze the effect of treating chronic heart failure patientswithYiqiFumai injec-tion combined with Bisoprolol on the patients'cardiac function.Methods 80 patients with chronic heart failure who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Health Vocational and Technical College from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=40,treated with bisoprolol alone)and the observation group(n=40,treated with YiqiFumai injection and bisoprolol).The effects of treatmenton cardiacfunction of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the levels of heart function related indicators between the two groups after treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment,the KCCQ score and MLHFQ score in both groups were higher than those be-fore treatment(P＜0.05).The levels of hemodynamic indicators after treatment in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of YiqiFumai injection and Bisoprolol has a significant impact on the cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure.It can improve the level of cardiac function,enhance quality of life,and has high drug safety.It is worthy of clinical adoption.
