In recent years,the construction of medical alliance is one of the key focuses of healthcare reform,which is of great significance for promoting the downward distributionof high-quality medical resources and opti-mizing hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.This paper introduces the preliminary exploration of the cross-regional establishment of a burn treatment specialist alliance in the First People's Hospital of Liangshan Prefecture,which mainly includes the background,objectives,overall structure,working methods,and characteristics of the alliance,in order to provide some ideas for the construction of the national burn specialist alliance.
