摘要
目的 分析一体化处理在消毒供应室手术室器械管理中对医院感染的影响.方法 回顾性选取2020年2月至2023年2月阳信县人民医院消毒供应室手术室器械2000件,依据管理方法分为一体化处理组、常规化管理组两组,每组各1000件.统计分析两组手术器械蛋白质残留测试合格情况、手术器械检查合格情况、医院感染情况.结果 一体化处理组手术器械蛋白质残留测试清洁合格率高于常规化管理组,轻度污染率、中度污染率、重度污染率均低于常规化管理组,手术器械检查回收、清洗消毒、灭菌、包装、储存、发放合格率均高于常规化管理组,医院感染率低于常规化管理组(P＜0.05).结论 一体化处理较常规化管理在消毒供应室手术室器械管理中更能降低医院感染率.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of integrated treatment on nosocomial infection in the manage-ment of instruments in the operating room of disinfection supply room.Methods 2000 instruments in the operating room of disinfection supply room of our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to management methods:the integrated treatment group and the conventional management group,with 1000 pieces each.The qualified condition of protein residue test,the qualified condition of surgical instrument inspection,and the nosocomial infection of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Re-sults The qualified rate of protein residue test of surgical instruments in the integrated treatment group was higher than that in the conventional management group,the rates of mild contamination,moderate contamination,and severe contamination in the integrated treatment group were lower than those in the conventional management group,and the qualified rates of surgical instruments inspection and recovery,cleaning,disinfection,sterilization,packaging,storage,and distribution in the integrated treatment group were higher than those in the conventional management group.The nosocomial infection rate of the integrated treatment group was lower than that of conventional management group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional management,integrated treatment can reduce the nosocomial infection rate in the management of operating room instruments in disinfection supply room.
