摘要
目的 探讨急诊科上呼吸道感染患者在对症治疗的基础上加用连花清瘟的效果及分析.方法 选取2022年1月至2023年1月湖南中医药大学第二附属医院收治的100例上呼吸道感染患者为对象,按照随机原则将其研究组和对照组,每组50例,两组均进行常规对症治疗,研究组在对症治疗基础上采用连花清瘟胶囊治疗.对两组炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、免疫功能指标(IgA、IgM、IgG)治疗前后变化情况与临床症状缓解时间进行观察.结果 治疗前两组hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、IgA、IgM、IgG水平差异不显著(P＞0.05),研究组IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IgA、IgM水平治疗后均比对照组低,但其IgG水平明显高于对照组,且研究组患者咳嗽、发热、鼻塞、咽喉肿痛症状缓解时间也短于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 急性上呼吸道感染患者加用连花清瘟治疗的效果更显著,能减轻患者炎症反应,提高患者免疫功能,促进患者临床症状更快缓解.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect and analysis of treating upper respiratory tract infection pa-tients with Lianhua Qingwen in addition to symptomatic in the emergency department.Methods 100 patients with upper respiratory tract infections from January 2022 to January 2023 were divided into two groups(the control group and the study group)according to the principle of randomization,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional symptomatic treatment.On this basis,the study group adopted Lianhua Qingwen capsule for treatment.The changes of inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],immune function indicators(IgA,IgM,IgG)before and after treatment,and the duration of clinical symptom remission of the two groups were observed.Results There were no significant differences in the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,IgA,IgM,and IgG between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).The levels of IL-6,hs-CRP,TNF-α,IgA,and IgM after treatment in the study group were lower than those in the control group,but the IgG levels after treatment of the study group were significantly higher than that of the control group.The duration of relief of cough,fever,nasal congestion,and sore throat in the study group was shorter than those in the control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion Patients with acute respiratory diseases can be treated with Lianhua Qingwen for more significant effect,which can reduce the inflammatory response of patients,improve the immune function of patients,and promote the remission of clinical symptoms.
