Objective In order to treat peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage,this study was conducted to study esomeprazole and provide some reference value for related fields.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 60 patients with peptic ulcer complicated with bleeding(January 2023 to January 2024).Accord-ing to the treatment method,they were divided into the control group(n=30,basic treatment such as fluid replace-ment and hemostasis)and the observation group(n=30,esomeprazole on the basis of basic treatment),and the clini-cal treatment effect was compared.Results The therapeutic effect,recovery of clinical symptoms,blood routine,and inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Esomeprazole com-bined with basic treatment has good clinical effect in treating peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage.
