摘要
目的 观察硫酸阿司匹林肠溶片与硫酸氢氯吡格雷片联合治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果.方法 选取福建省漳州市芗城区东铺头社区卫生服务中心2023年1月至2023年12月收治的冠心病心绞痛患者100例,分为联合用药组、单独阿司匹林肠溶片用药组(单独用药组)两组,各50例.统计分析两组心绞痛发作次数、持续时长、疼痛程度、生命体征.结果 用药前,两组患者的心绞痛发作次数、持续时长、VAS评分、心率、舒张压、收缩压、LVEF、EDV、ESV之间的差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05);用药后,联合用药组患者的心绞痛发作次数少于单独用药组(P＜0.05),持续时长短于单独用药组(P＜0.05),VAS评分、心率、舒张压、收缩压均低于单独用药组(P＜0.05),LVEF高于单独用药组(P＜0.05),EDV、ESV均低于单独用药组(P＜0.05),总有效率为96.00％(48/50),高于单独用药组[84.00％(42/50)](P＜0.05).联合用药组和单独用药组患者的药物不良反应发生率之间的差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 冠心病心绞痛硫酸氢氯吡格雷片联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗的效果较单独阿司匹林肠溶片用药好.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of the combined treatment of aspirin sulfate enteric coated tablets and clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate tablets on coronary heart disease angina pectoris patient.Methods we selected 100 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris from January 2023 to December 2023admit-ted to the Dongputou Community Health Service Center in Xiangcheng District,Zhangzhou City,Fujian Province,andthey were divided into two groups:the combined therapygroup and the monotherapy(aspirin enteric-coated tablet only)group,with 50 cases in each group.The frequency,duration,degree of pain,and vital signs of angina pectoris were analyzed.Results Before medication,there was no significant difference in the number of angina attacks,duration,VAS score,heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,LVEF,EDV,and ESV be-tween the two groups of patients(P＞0.05);After medication,in the combined therapy group,the number of angina attacks was less than that in the monotherapy group(P＜0.05),the duration was longer than that in the monotherapy group(P＜0.05),the VAS score,heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,and systolic blood pressure were all lower than those in the monotherapy group(P＜0.05),the LVEF was higher than those in the monotherapy group(P＜0.05),the EDV and ESV were lower than those in the monotherapy group(P＜0.05),and the total effective rate was 96.00％(48/50),which was higher than 84.00％(42/50)in the monotherapy group(P＜0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the combination therapy group and the monotherapy group was not signifi-cant(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of clopi-dogrel hydrogen sulfate tablets and aspirin enteric coated tablets is more effective than aspirin enteric coated tablets alone in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina.
