Objective To explore the application value of multimodal MRI in endometrial cancerpatients and compare it with pathological diagnosis results. Methods 200 patients with suspected endometrial cancer admitted to the hospital of Lianjiang County from February 2022 to January 2024 were observed.Ultrasound and multimodal MRI were used for diagnosis, and the results obtained by the two examination methods were compared with the pathological diagnosis results, and then the diagnostic efficacy was analyzed. Results Pathological ex-amination showed that 98 cases of suspected patients were malignant(endometrial cancer),whilethe remaining 102 were benign lesions.Multimodal MRI examination results showed that 98 cases were malignant and 99 cases were benign;Ultrasound examination confirmed 98 cases of malignant and 90 cases of benign. The sensitivity,speci-ficity,and accuracy of multimodal MRI were higher than those of ultrasound examination(P<0.05);The MVD of endometrial cancer patients was higher than that of benign hyperplasia patients, and the RI and PI of endometrial cancer patients were lower than those of benign hyperplasia patients, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Con-clusion In clinical practice, multimodal MRI can be used for the diagnosis of endometrial cancer patients. The results obtained by this method are highly similar to pathological diagnosis, which can identify the existence of the disease early and carry out early treatment to minimize the risks faced by patients.
