Objective To compare and analyze the application effect of lowlonic strength solution tech-nology and gel card test in blood transfusion.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 400 patients treated with blood transfusion in Tujia Autonomous County People's Hospital of Yanhe County from May 2022 to February 2024.According to different cross-matching methods,the patients were divided into lowlonic strength solution technology blood matching group(control group,n=200 cases)and gel card test blood matching group(observation group,n=200 cases).The positive detection rate of cross matching antibody,cross matching efficien-cy,and cross matching efficiency were compared between two groups.Results The total positive rate of cross matching antibodies in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The false-positive rate of cross-matching antibodies in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the differ-ence was not statistically significant(P=0.407).The cross-matching time of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of one-time blood matching in the observation group was high-er than that in the control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity,accuracy,and stability of cross matching in the observa-tion group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The antibody positive detection rate of lowlonic strength solution technology and gel card test is high in clinical blood transfusion cross test.Al-though the test time of lowlonic strength solution technology is shorter,gel card test has more advantages in blood matching success rate,cross matching efficiency,and blood matching effect.
