摘要
目的 分析中药偏方致铅中毒的诊疗过程,提高对偏方致铅中毒的认识并降低误诊率.方法 分析2022年5月至2023年9月泰安市公共卫生医疗中心收治的13例偏方致铅中毒患者的临床资料及诊治心得.结果 13例患者均以腹绞痛、腹胀为主要就诊症状,血铅水平均高于正常值,部分患者出现蛋白尿、肝功异常、贫血等症状.经驱铅治疗后患者各项指标恢复正常.结论 对有使用偏方史且出现腹绞痛、不完全肠梗阻、肝功异常、贫血等症状者,应高度怀疑偏方致铅中毒,需采取积极驱铅治疗.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment process of lead poisoning caused by tradi-tional Chinese folk remedies,improve the understanding of lead poisoning caused by traditional Chinese medicine,and reduce the misdiagnosis rate.Methods The clinical data and diagnosis and treatment experience of 13 cases of lead poisoning caused by traditional Chinesefolk remedies admitted to our department from May to June 2023 were analyzed.Results The main symptoms of 13 patients were abdominal colic and abdominal distension.The blood lead level was higher than normal.Some patients had proteinuria,abnormal liver function,anemia,and other symptoms.After lead removal treatment,all the indexes of the patients returned to normal.Conclusion Lead poisoning should be highly suspected in patients with history of taking traditional Chinese folk remediesalong with symptoms such as abdominal colic,incomplete intestinal obstruction,abnormal liver function,and anemia,and ac-tive lead removal therapy should be taken.
