摘要

目的 探索"317护平台"培训和问卷星考核模式在护士急救技能培训中的应用.方法 抽取蚌埠医科大学第二附属医院2021年1月至2022年12月240名临床护士作为研究对象,随机分组为对照组(集体培训授课,n=120)和试验组("317护平台"培训和问卷星考核模式,n=120).比较两组患者的培训率和达标率、培训方式满意度和考核成绩.结果 试验组护士中116人参与培训,对照组护士中85人参与培训,试验组护士的培训参与率远高于对照组护士(P<0.001);试验组护士中115人培训考核达标,对照组护士中61人培训考核达标,试验组护士中115人培训考核达标率也高于对照组护士(P<0.001).试验组护士对通过"317护平台"培训提高学习效率的满意度、提高学习自主性的满意度、培训资源获取的满意度、满足学习需求的满意度及考试模式的满意度均高于对照组护士(P<0.001).两组护士平均操作技能成绩间无显著差异[(90.12±14.52)vs(89.73±15.06),P=0.419];试验组护士的平均理论知识成绩远高于对照组护士[(82.16±12.37)vs(70.51±13.34),t=7.015,P<0.001].结论 "317护平台"培训和问卷星考核模式有助于提高护士对于护理技能的学习兴趣,产生积极的学习效果.

Abstract

Objective To explore the application of 317 nursing platform training and questionnaire star assessment model in nurses'first-aid skills training.Methods 240 clinical nurses from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research objects and were randomly divided into the control group(routine training,n=120)and the experimental group(317 nursing platform and questionnaire star test,n=120).The training rate,standard attainment rate,training method satisfaction,and assessment results of the two groups were compared.Results 116 nursesin the experimental group and 85 nurses in the control group participated in the training.The training participation rate of the experimental group was much higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).There were 115 nurses in the experimental group and 61 nurses in the control group who met the training assessment standard,and the training assessment rate of the experimental group was also higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).The satisfaction of the experimental group nurses on the improvement of learning efficiency,the improvement of learning autonomy,the acquisition of training resources,the satisfaction of meeting learning needs,and the satisfaction of examination mode through the"317 nursing plat-form"training was higher than those of the control group nurses(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in average procedural skill score between the two groups[(90.12±14.52)vs(89.73±15.06),P=0.419].The average theoretical knowledge score of the experimental group was much higher than that of the control group[(82.16±12.37)vs(70.51±13.34),t=7.015,P<0.001].Conclusion 317 nursing platform training and questionnaire star assessment model can improve nurses'learning interest in nursing skills and produce positive learning effects.
