摘要
目的 对脓毒性心肌病的相关文献进行文献计量学及可视化分析,探索近年来的研究现状、热点及前沿动态.方法 以Web of Science(WOS)、pubmed数据库为数据源,借助CiteSpace6.2 R4可视化分析软件,对2014年1月至2023年12月脓毒性心肌病相关研究的年度发展情况、国家/机构分布情况、作者分布情况及关键词进行分析,绘制可视化图谱并分析结果.结果 共纳入337篇文献,年度发文量总体处于上升阶段.发表文章较多的作者是Martin,Lukas所在的团队.中国、美国及德国为该领域研究的主要国家,上海交通大学为该领域重要的研究机构,而南京医学院是相关领域发文最多的机构.该领域研究的重点由关注脓毒性休克与脓毒性心肌病的关系延伸到脓毒性心肌病的机制,而NLRP3/IL-1β、HSPA12B、MKP1等信号通路抑制剂的研究是近几年快速增长的研究方向,是脓毒性心肌病研究的前沿领域.结论 脓毒性心肌病相关研究的热点是其机制,信号通路抑制剂的研究是前沿领域.分析结果为今后进一步深入相关研究提供参考,同时为科学工作者寻找潜在的合作人员与研究机构提供指引.
Abstract
Objective To conduct a bibliometric and visual analysis of the literature on septic cardiomyopa-thy,explore the current research status,hotspots,and frontier trends in recent years.Methods Using Web of Sci-ence(WOS)and PubMed databases as data sources,and using CiteSpace 6.2 R4 as visualization analysis software,the annual development of septic cardiomyopathy-related research from January 2014 to December 2023,distribution of countries/institutions,author distribution,and keywords were analyzed.Visual maps were generated and the results were analyzed.Results 337 articles were included,and the annual number of publications is increasing.The team led by Martin Lukas has published the most articles.China,the United States,and Germany are the leading countries in this research field.Shanghai Jiao Tong University is an important research institution in this field,while Nanjing Medical University is the institution with the most publications in the related field.The focus of research in this field has shifted from the relationship between septic shock and septic cardiomyopathy to the mechanism of septic cardi-omyopathy.The study of inhibitors of signaling pathways such as NLRP3/IL-1β,HSPA12B,and MKP1 has been a rapidly growing research direction in recent years,representing the frontier area of septic cardiomyopathy research.Conclusion The hotspot of septic cardiomyopathy-related research is its mechanism,and the research on inhibitors of signaling pathways is a frontier area.The analysis results provide references for further in-depth research in the fu-ture and guidance for scientific workers to find potential collaborators and research institutions.
