Objective To analyze the value of cluster airway management in the rehabilitation of patients un-dergoing surgery for lung cancer. Methods 78 patients undergoing lung cancer surgery in our hospital from August 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into the control group and the observa-tion group according to random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The observation group received bunching airway management, while the control group received routine nursing. The complication rate, recovery, hope level, mental state, and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The complication rate of the ob-servation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of getting out of bed, exhaust time, and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hope level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients undergoing lung cancer surgery, the im-plementation of airway cluster management can shorten the exhaust and hospital stay and improve the level of hope by reducing the effects of disease and surgery on the psychological state of patients.
