The Impact of Bedside Hemoperfusion on Cure Rate,Complications, and Inflammatory Factor Levels in Patients with Acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning in the Emergency Department
Objective To explore the effects of emergency bedside blood perfusion therapy on the cure rate, complications, and inflammatory factor levels in patients with acute organophosphate pesticide poisoning.Meth-ods 80 cases of acute organophosphate pesticide poisoning patients admitted to the emergency department of Zhangzhou Hospital from April 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the numerical table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine first aid, while the observation group received bedside blood perfusion therapy on the basis of routine treat-ment.We conducted research on the cure rate, complications, and changes in inflammatory factor levels of patients. Results The cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The level of cholinesterase in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the recovery time was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group during treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treat-ment,the inflammatory factor levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of adrenaline and noradrenaline between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment, those of 0the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency bedside blood perfusion therapy can improve the cure rate, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the levels of inflammatory factors in pa-tients with acute organophosphate pesticide poisoning, which is helpful for their recovery.
