Objective To explore the diagnostic efficacy of combined detection of myoglobin(MB)and cardiac troponin Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods Retrospectively select 90 patients with acute myocardial infarction(observation group)admitted to the People's Hospital of Jianhe Coun-ty from January 2023 to December 2023,and select 50 healthy people who underwent physical examination at the same time in the People's Hospital of Jianhe County(control group).Compare the MB and cTnⅠ levels of the two groups, and analyze the diagnostic value of MB,CTnⅠ,and their combination in acute myocardial infarction.Re-sults The levels of MB and cTnⅠ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The accuracy, specificity, and sensitivity of the combined detection of MB and cTnⅠ in diagnosing acute myocardial infarction were 95.00%,93.55%,and 96.55%,respectively,which were higher than the diagnostic effi-ciency of MB and cTnⅠ alone. Moreover, the consistency between cTnⅠ joint MB and coronary angiography was the highest, with a Kappa coefficient of 0.9.Conclusion Compared with the single MB and cTnⅠ index detection, the combined diagnosis of both has higher value and significance in the diagnosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction, and it has a higher diagnostic value.
