摘要
目的 分析急性肠胃炎患者的症状及急救治疗.方法 选取2021年5月至2023年5月由我院收治的80例急性肠胃炎患者为研究对象,根据急诊治疗方案的不同分为观察组(阿莫西林+奥美拉唑+双歧杆菌)和对照组(阿莫西林+奥美拉唑),每组40例.比较两组患者的胃肠道症状(GSRS)评分及缓解时间、治疗前后免疫和炎症指标以及不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗前,两组患者GSRS评分,CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、hs-CRP、PTC、IL-6水平均无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组GSRS评分及恢复时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者CD3+、CD4+、IL-6水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8+、hs-CRP、PTC水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间两组患者不良反应的发生上无显著差异(P>0.05).结论 在阿莫西林、奥美拉唑治疗的同时,加入了双歧杆菌进行联合治疗急性胃肠炎,有利于患者临床症状的缓解,缩短恢复时间,恢复机体免疫功能,抑制炎症反应,且安全性较高.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the symptoms and emergency treatment of patients with acute gastro-enteritis.Methods 80patients with acute gastroenteritis treated in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Based on different emergency treatment plans,they were divided into the observation group(amoxicillin+omeprazole+probiotics)and the control group(amoxicillin+omeprazole),with 40 cases in each group.The gastrointestinal symptom scores,time to relief,immune and inflammatory indicators before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in abdominal pain,diarrhea,nausea,vomiting scores,and CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,hs-CRP,PTC,and IL-6 levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the obser-vation group had significantly lower GSRS scores for abdominal pain,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting,and shorter recovery time compared to the control group(P<0.05).The CD3+,CD4+,IL-6 levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while CD8+,hs-CRP,PTC levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion In the concur-rent treatment of amoxicillin and omeprazole,adding probiotics for the combined treatment of acute gastroenteritis is beneficial for alleviating clinical symptoms,shortening recovery time,restoring immune function,inhibiting in-flammatory reactions,and has a relatively high safety profile.
